Here is how hair loss happens. An enzyme in the body
called 5-Alpha-Reductase (5AR) converts the hormone
Testosterone into the hormone Di-Hydro-Testosterone (DHT).
The DHT plugs into specific points inside your hair
follicles called Androgen Receptor Sites. Once there,
it causes hair follicles to become smaller, with the
result that the hairs inside those affected follicles
also grow smaller, thinner, weaker and sometimes
lighter in color. The blood vessels to the roots of
those hair follicles also tend to shrink in size.
This process continues over a period of many months
and years. Eventually the hairs may simply fall out
and not grow back at all. That is when you
start noticing that you are losing your hair.
Minoxidil does not contain ingredients which block DHT
from getting into your hair follicles. Minoxidil, when
applied topically to your scalp, is designed to dilate
the blood vessels in the hair follicles that are
growing smaller, with the idea that more nutrients
might be able to get to those hair follicles to help
keep them alive. However, more and more DHT still gets
inside the hair follicles, increasing the hair
thinning and hair loss process.
Minoxidil, as used in
Hair Advantage, is also limited in how it can help your hair loss,
because Minoxidil is not designed for Frontal Baldness or
a Receding hair line.
HairGenesis works, because it contains proven DHT
Blockers that inhibit the activity of the specific DHT
hormone from getting into your hair follicle, which
causes thinning hair and hair loss. Therefore
HairGenesis helps produce noticeable
results, which
you can both see and feel.
Hair Genesis is scientifically formulated with a
proprietary combination of botanical DHT Blockers that
are proven to work in various Research Studies,
Clinical Trials and this Hairloss
Research Report, which has also been published
in a well-known scientific medical journal.
